Phyllis Jean Webb Tullis, 86, was born on September 12, 1934 and passed away peacefully at her home on April 19, 2021.
Phyllis was a longtime member of the Golden Gate Motorcycle Club, Early V-8 Car Club, and most importantly a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church for over 75 years which included serving as a Sunday school teacher, Choir Director, and Secretary. She is remembered as always being the first to volunteer for anything. Phyllis also volunteered at the Antioch Historical Society Museum and worked as a Secretary for PG&E for 25 years.
Phyllis was preceded in death her first husband, Jack Webb; second husband, Raymond Tullis; and son, Brad Webb. She’s is survived by her family, Stan Webb of Antioch; Lois Moore and Margaret Whiting of Arkansas; 4 grandsons, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson. She is also survived her siblings, Wilma Lenz of Hayward, Ron Shaw of Texas, Jim Shaw of Concord; her extended family, and many, many friends.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at First Missionary Baptist Church, 640 E Tregallas Rd in Antioch, CA. A viewing will be 10am with church service to follow at 11am.
