Charles (Chuck) Vosmera, 79, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday March 22, 2018 in Brentwood California. He was born in 1938, to George and Lena (Sally) Vosmera in Platteville, Colorado.
Chuck was an electrician by trade and retired from the IBEW 302 in 1999. He enjoyed spending his time outdoors whether it was camping, fishing or working in his yard, raking the acorns from the driveway or hosing down the walkways. After he retired, Chuck became an amazing, self-taught wood craftsman and spent hours working to perfect the objects he built.
Survivors include His Son, Ken Vosmera (Michelle Vosmera)of Clovis California, His Daughter Kay Dean ( Jim Dean)of Antioch, California, Four Grand Children, Brian, Jessica, Makalah and Quinn; One Great Grandson, Carter; One Sister Barbara Scott (Sam Scott) of Bethany, Illinois and One Brother, George Vosmera(Lois Vosmera) of Pensacola Florida; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was proceeded in death by both his parents; his Grandparents; his brother John Vosmera; his brother James Vosmera and his brother Larry Vosmera.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
