Anthony Rodriguez

Managing Partner

Anthony recently relocated to the East Bay, along with his wife Gema, sons Leo, Logan, and daughter Lena. He began his passion for funeral service over 11 years ago as a groundskeeper in a South Bay cemetery. He as joined the outstanding staff at Higgins Chapel as the  Managing Partner. He is an active member of the Antioch Rotary, Antioch Chambers and Lion's International. When he isn't assisting families with creating Life Celebrations for loved ones lost. He enjoys serving his community and time with family and friends.

Mila Ramirez

Office Coordinator

Mila was born and raised in San Francisco. She worked in the banking industry for over 20 years while residing in San Francisco. Mila got her real estate license when she moved to Walnut Creek in 2003. She worked at Holy Rosary Church as a Parish Secretary prior coming to work as the Office Coordinator at Higgins Chapel. Mila is married with three adult daughters and three granddaughters. When not working, she enjoys volunteering in different ministries at Holy Rosary Church in Antioch, California and at St. Patrick Church in Ripon, California. She loves spending time with her family and also enjoys camping, traveling, taking road trips and taking long walks on the trails.

Tom Menasco

Ambassador

Tom is a "hometown boy" raised and educated in Antioch, three blocks from the river’s edge. He has spent his life in service to others, giving back to his community through both paid and unpaid positions. Tom began as an Ambassador at Higgins in 2014 and enjoys being able to help his fellow Antioch neighbors through difficult times. He was honored to be chosen for the Lifetime Achievement Award for the city of Antioch in 2015.
