Richard Anthony Ingrassia wrote the ending to his journey with cancer on September 23, 2017.  Rick was born in New Rochelle, NY on August 14th, 1951.  He enjoyed playing baseball as a kid which led to a lifelong love of the game he later shared with his sons.  Rick had a successful career at Bank of America, however his biggest success in life was his family.

He is survived by his sons, Rickey, Jason (Laura), Shaun and Dominic.  He has 2 daughters, Katie & Galina.  He is the proud Popi to Jolene, Gracie and the other special girls in his life; Aly and Arielle. Rick shares the greatest love story ever with his soul mate and wife, Kathie. His favorite movie was Uncle Buck, his favorite song was Time of Your Life by Green Day, his favorite memory was seeing Kathie on their wedding day, being escorted down the aisle by their son Shaun in his Marine uniform, and finally, his favorite poem was "I Carry Your Heart With Me" by e.e. cummings.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday September 28th at Higgins Mortuary in Antioch at 11:00am with a reception immediately following at Lone Tree Golf Course.
