Bradley Christian MacHugh was born in Moore, Oklahoma on November 25, 1968 to Art MacHugh and Sandra Groves. Brad was taken from us on October 29, 2017.
On October 11, 1997, Brad married Melanie (Lanie) Stellhorn in Houston, Texas. He and Lanie brought two children into the world, Kyle 15 and Colin 12.
Brad had a passion for many things including barbequing, cooking for family and friends, his dogs Maxx and Kodi, poker, darts, golf, landscaping his house along with neighbors houses and many other things. He was always willing to roll up his sleeves and help out whether you were a close friend or a casual neighbor. Brad was a perfectionist with an amazing work ethic. He started out as a welder apprentice and eventually ran his own business as an independent contractor for Shell Oil.
As per Brad’s wishes, he will be cremated. A memorial service will be held near Discovery Bay, California for neighbors, coworkers and friends. A second service will be held in Texas for family and friends. The date of both services and locations are pending.
He was proceeded in death by his maternal grandfather Alonzo Warren Groves,
Brad is survived by his wife Lanie MacHugh, sons Kyle and Colin MachHugh of Discovery Bay, California, sisters and husband Carl and Heather Viets of Huntsville, Texas, Bliss Collier of Brady, Texas, brother and wife Warren and Lisa Collier of Round Rock, Texas, mother and step father Sandra and Skip Blair of Brady, Texas, grandmother Nita Groves of Brady, Texas. Stepmother Sue MacHugh of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, six nieces and nephews and one great new nephew.
