Mila was born and raised in San Francisco. She worked in the banking industry for over 20 years while residing in San Francisco. Mila got her real estate license when she moved to Walnut Creek in 2003. She worked at Holy Rosary Church as a Parish Secretary prior coming to work as the Office Coordinator at Higgins Chapel. Mila is married with three adult daughters and three granddaughters. When not working, she enjoys volunteering in different ministries at Holy Rosary Church in Antioch, California and at St. Patrick Church in Ripon, California. She loves spending time with her family and also enjoys camping, traveling, taking road trips and taking long walks on the trails.

Having relocated to Antioch from Tracy in 2015, Darren is proud to work with the marvelous staff at the Higgins Chapel.  In his free time, Darren enjoys acting in local theatre, bicycle riding, camping, hiking and exploring the many wonders that California has to offer.  He also enjoys volunteering locally, having worked with the Fontana Youth Foundation (formerly the Leo Fontana Lifetime Achievement Foundation), Every 15 Minutes, (an organization that works to eliminate teen drunk driving/texting accidents) and Stand Down on the Delta (for homeless veterans and their families).

A native of the Bayview District in San Francisco, California, Roland has been servicing the funeral needs of families in the Bay Area for over 25 years and counting. Having worked in various mortuaries, he has developed a style all his own, bringing unparalleled service, professionalism, and attention to detail to every funeral, every time. His work ethic has garnered him much respect and admiration among colleagues and clients alike. A laborer of love, Roland takes pride in being able to comfort and console families in their time of bereavement by treating the deceased and their loved ones as if they were his own family.

Tom is a "hometown boy" raised and educated in Antioch, three blocks from the river’s edge. He has spent his life in service to others, giving back to his community through both paid and unpaid positions. Tom began as an Ambassador at Higgins in 2014 and enjoys being able to help his fellow Antioch neighbors through difficult times. He was honored to be chosen for the Lifetime Achievement Award for the city of Antioch in 2015.
